A three-fluid manometer connects a nitrogen line to a water line

Problem

A three-fluid manometer connects a nitrogen line to a water line. From the nitrogen tap, the tube falls 0.40 m of nitrogen (treat as weightless), then contains 0.25 m of oil (SG = 0.90), then 0.18 m of mercury (SG = 13.6), then 0.55 m of water up to the water-line tap. Find the pressure difference p_nitrogen − p_water.

Hint

Walk the manometer from one tap to the other, adding rho g Delta z when going down and subtracting when going up; skip the weightless nitrogen.
